Your men were pleasant and courteous to my wife and children over the last 9 weeks and were helpful when we asked questions.

In particular, Bob, your handyman, was always diligent and thoughtful when he was here. Bob R. is not only an excellent electrician, but also provided thoughts and ideas in making the electrical plans work throughout the addition by suggesting a switch here or an outlet there. Another gentleman, John, came to our house in the dark rainy evening before the lighting was even available upstairs to close off the window openings before the rains poured.

We also want to say that your sense of business is excellent. Your pricing was modest on any of the additional items we discussed and you always kept your demeanor with all of our questions.
