My wife and I would like to take this time to thank you for the wonderful job that you did in completely finishing our basement The basement truly looks wonderful and adds beauty and value to the new home that we purchased one year ago. Having worked with contractors in the past my wife and I were a bit apprehensive about hiring a contractor to complete our basement. However, I can honestly say that working with you has been a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Timeliness: Every appointment that was made was kept and all work was completed on time. In fact the job was completed one week early.

Cleanliness: All of your workers showed concern for keeping the disruptions to our home to a minimum and when the job was completed the work site was thoroughly cleaned.

Workmanship: From the initial framing to the finishing paint all work was done expertly. It is refreshing to see people take pride in their work and that is what all your employees did.

Integrity: Obviously honesty and integrity are things that you pride yourself on. Every promise made was a promise kept. The original price quoted for the job was the price we paid there were no cost overruns or add-ons.\

Employees: All of your employees were courteous and more then willing to answer any questions that we had.

Owner/Manager: You were always available to ensure that the job went smoothly and if there was ever questions or concerns that we had you took care of them immediately.

Responsiveness: You were more then willing to accommodate any request for changes that we wanted to make and suggestions that you made in our initial design were helpful and definitely an improvement over our original plan.

If I had to rate you , your company, employees and your quality of work you would most assuredly receive 5 out of 5 stars in all categories. In summary be assured that if we had to do it all over again we would not hesitate to hire you and your company. It will be a pleasure highly recommending you to all our friends and family.
