We are very happy to be able to write this letter of recommendation
on a job well done on our home improvement project.
It started out with our house was in need of a new roof…
As Michael and I continued to talk about other ideas for our
house, we then new we needed a general contractor to see what
extra’s we can do with a budget we could afford. Not
knowing anyone in the business…Michael contacted the
Lake County Contractor Referral. Brian was 1 of 4 we consulted
with…
Brian would be the third contractor in which we talked about
our ideas and after meeting with Brian the first time we both
felt very comfortable with him from the start. We liked how
he incorporated his team in his conversation, for we could
hear words of pride and confidence in each person of their
expertise.
Brian was also the person that just didn’t say Yes
to what we were looking for…he would say “You
could do that but”…and then he would come up with
other ideas, suggestions that we liked as well.
We are very pleased the way every room has turned out …
There are several areas that exceeded our expectations and
one wasn’t even on our wish list because of a budget
we had for all the things we wanted done…and that was…
adding skylights to our Living Room. What a difference this
has made…the room is now filled with light in the afternoon
which never was before…Thank you Brian for that suggestion
and still kept within our budget!
The other would be that we have an attached garage that had
a flat roof. The plan was to match the roof line all the way
across which would then give us much needed storage space…What
exceeded our expectations is that Brian didn’t order
pre-manufactured trusses …the carpenters hand made them
which ultimately gave us more head room and space in general…Thank
you Brian for doing that!
I always looked forward coming home while our house was going
through this transformation…For everyday you could see
the progress…Our neighbors were calling us and stopping
by to say how great the house looks.
Brian and his team of professionals came through with flying
colors…I know our neighbors will be calling on him…and
for our future project in mind, we will be calling Brian back.
